Catwalk/Catslair Residency Program in Catskill, New York​

Our film documents a series of performances that enact mourning rituals through direct, corporeal engagements with the land. There is no dialogue or explicit storytelling in the performances. Rather, we are interested in the potential of choreographed movements alone to conjure the emotionality and psychological intensity of collective grief and hope.
